2.5 Jurisdictional Restrictions. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use kj77's platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any kj77 content without prior written consent from kj77.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kj77, its officers, directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use kj77's services; (b) any loss of winnings resulting from technical malfunctions, internet connectivity failures, or circumstances beyond kj77's reasonable control; (c) any unauthorized access to your account arising from your failure to secure your credentials.

kj77's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude kj77's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

10.1 By kj77. kj77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without notice, if: (a) the player breaches these Terms; (b) kj77 is required to do so by law or regulatory authority; (c) the player engages in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7; or (d) kj77 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.

10.2 By the Player. You may close your kj77 account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any pending wagering requirements on active bonuses must be resolved, and any verified balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method.

10.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your right to access and use kj77 ceases immediately. Sections 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, and 12 of these Terms survive termination.
